Nothing on PennyPair is investment advice. Coins launched here are meme coins; they can go to zero, and nobody promises they will be worth anything.

A tracker token is synthetic. It follows a share price at our desk and nowhere else. It is not a share, and holding it gives no claim on the company it tracks: no ownership, no dividend from the company, no vote. The company has nothing to do with PennyPair.

The desk is run by us and is custodial: a tracker is redeemable only at the desk, for USDC, at the live share price minus the fee, while the treasury holds USDC to pay.

A token that tracks a share price may be regulated as a security where you live. US persons, and everyone else, are responsible for their own compliance with the laws that apply to them. If it is not legal for you to use PennyPair, do not use it.

Everything you sign moves your own funds on Solana. Transactions on chain cannot be reversed by us.
